Privacy policy

When you use the contact form, the “get in touch” form at the bottom of our pages or the service-request form on the Support page, we receive what you type: your name, e-mail address, phone number, what you are interested in or the kind of service you need, how you heard about us, and your message. We use it only to answer you and to provide the service you asked for.

Submissions are delivered to our mailbox as e-mail through Resend, our e-mail delivery provider, and are then handled like any other correspondence with us. We do not sell this information or use it for marketing lists.

We use two tools to understand how visitors use this website so that we can improve it. Neither is used to show you advertising.

Vercel Web Analytics

Our hosting provider, Vercel, counts page views and shows us aggregated information such as which pages are visited, where visitors came from, and the type of device, browser and country they used. It works without cookies and we see only totals, not individual visitors. Vercel’s own privacy policy describes how it handles that data.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, so that we can improve the website and the way we present our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization and for fraud and security purposes. Clarity’s default masking keeps what you type into form fields out of the recordings. We do not set cookies of our own. Microsoft Clarity sets first-party cookies on justgreatsound.com to tell one visit from the next, and Microsoft may set third-party cookies of its own. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser’s settings, and most browsers offer a tracking-prevention mode that stops third-party cookies. The site keeps working without them.

Some pages embed videos from YouTube. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which does not set cookies until you press play. Once a video plays, Google may collect data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages you request and to protect the site from abuse.

If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not apply a material change to information collected earlier without telling you.
